Request for Certificates and Portfolios
How to make a request
Any candidate wishing to claim any outstanding NVQ Certificates and/or their portfolio, please complete the form on the left.
Please try to give as much detail as possible i.e:
Please note there will be a charge to cover the post and packaging of your item.
Fee for sending a certificate £1.50
Fee for sending a portfolio £3.75
We cannot guarantee that we will have everyone's certificates or portfolio. This will depend on how long ago you completed your NVQ. This only applies to certificates and portfolios not claimed.
If you have received a certificate but have lost or misplaced it then a duplicate certificate can be requested directly from the awarding body and will cost around £30.00 per certificate. Please use the form on the left and we will contact you

- Approximate date you completed your NVQ.
- The NVQ Title i.e Customer Service Level 2.
- Who was your Assessor, if known.
- Telephone Number
